Our Experience
James founded a start-up Nationwide Specialty Services Company where he served as President and CEO. Leading the Services Company and Management Team he captured the #1 Marketplace position in a fast-growing national business sector. Through strategic expansion of both the service offerings and geographic coverage he was able to achieve higher multiples of earnings, sales revenue, and cash flow growth.
James has 20 years of experience leading international professional services organizations and a specialty products company. He is an expert in working with Business to Business (B2B) and Government (B2G) clients, as well as selling products Direct to Consumer (D2C). His specialty is helping organizations grow and innovate by focusing on shared core values and a common ultimate mission.
Under his leadership, he has worked with thousands of satisfied clients. Prestige clients include most major municipalities from all 50 states such as New York City, federal agencies like the FBI, and all branches of the military. Private clients included fortune 500 companies and many small businesses.

James created and led a subsidiary Company that brought new and innovative patented environmental products to market. He grew that division to become a national leader improving human health and the environment for thousands of customers in the US and Canada. While leading product development he obtained six patents. He also led manufacturing, order fulfillment, and distribution channel strategy, working closely with big box hardware retailers.
James has 10 years of previous experience in corporate Business Development roles for large key clients working for companies like AECOM (a subsidiary) and Waste Management. During this time, he was able to generate over $7 billion in new work. In addition to his Business Development roles, James also served as a Project Manager for projects ranging from $10 million to $50 million in size.
